Newport Harbor Tour
Newport, Rhode Island
Welcome to the charming “City by the Sea.” One of America’s oldest cities, Newport is rich in colonial architecture and history. Appreciate the spirit of this city with us, on the water, as we guide you through its spectacular waterfront on the way to Goat Island. Paddle up to the Newport Lighthouse that overlooks the Newport Bridge, an active lighthouse that guided mariners as far back as the 1800’s. Our journey continues with scenic views of Rose Island, Jamestown, Hammersmith Farm, and Fort Adams. Pack a lunch and water, as we will break midday. Kayaks and a PFD are provided.
We meet at Kings Park on Wellington Street; next to General Rochambeau at 10am and will return at approximately 2:30pm
Cost $ 75
